Returns & Refund Policy

At Rêve de Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.


1. Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn.

    • In the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale/discounted items (if marked as “final sale”).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card) within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@reve-de-paris.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
